Amps Professional Services LLC

Welcome to Amps Professional Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our residential and commercial services, including but not limited to:

  • Lawn Mowing

  • Yard Cleaning

  • Pressure Washing

  • Outdoor Services

  • Gutter Cleaning

  • Window Cleaning

  • Pet Sitting

  • House Sitting

By scheduling, purchasing, or using our services, you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Amps Professional Services LLC provides outdoor maintenance, cleaning, property care and home/pet sitting services for residential and commercial customers. Service details, pricing, schedules, and scope of work will be agreed upon before service begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion for safety concerns, hazardous conditions, inappropriate behavior, or nonpayment.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, website, or other approved methods.

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate property access instructions

  • Ensure pets are secured unless pet-related services are being performed

  • Provide safe and accessible working conditions

  • Notify us of hazards, damages, or special instructions before service

We may reschedule services due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Equipment failure

  • Emergencies

  • Unforeseen circumstances

3. Payments and Fees

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Electronic Payments

  • Invoicing for approved clients

Late payments may result in:

  • Late fees

  • Suspension of future services

  • Collection efforts if necessary

Returned payments or chargebacks may incur additional fees.

4. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on visible property conditions at the time of inspection or customer-provided information.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Excessive overgrowth

  • Heavy debris removal

  • Hazardous conditions

  • Pet waste cleanup

  • Additional labor or time

  • Extra requested services

Pricing is subject to change if actual conditions differ from the original estimate.

5. Lawn Mowing and Yard Services

Customers are responsible for:

  • Removing personal items, toys, hoses, decorations, and debris from service areas

  • Marking hidden obstacles such as sprinkler heads, pipes, wiring, or landscaping features

Amps Professional Services LLC is not responsible for:

  • Damage to unmarked or concealed objects

  • Pre-existing lawn or landscaping conditions

  • Damage caused by pests, weather, drought, or soil conditions

Grass clippings and debris disposal may be included or billed separately depending on service agreement.

6. Pressure Washing Services

Pressure washing may expose pre-existing damage including:

  • Loose paint

  • Cracked surfaces

  • Worn siding

  • Weak concrete

  • Improperly sealed surfaces

By approving service, the customer acknowledges these risks.

We are not responsible for:

  • Existing structural weaknesses

  • Water intrusion caused by defective construction or maintenance

  • Damage resulting from improperly maintained surfaces

7. Gutter and Window Cleaning

Customers understand:

  • Roof and gutter work involves inherent risks

  • Some stains, oxidation, or buildup may not be fully removable

  • Existing gutter, roof, or window damage may become visible during cleaning

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing leaks or structural issues

  • Brittle gutters or aging window seals

  • Hidden defects or improper installation

8. Pet Sitting and House Sitting Services

For pet and house sitting services, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate emergency contact information

  • Disclose behavioral or medical conditions for pets

  • Provide necessary supplies, medications, food, and instructions

  • Ensure pets are legally owned and properly vaccinated

Amps Professional Services LLC is not liable for:

  • Illness, injury, escape, or death caused by undisclosed conditions

  • Actions of pets with aggressive or unpredictable behavior

  • Veterinary costs unless caused by proven negligence

In emergencies, we may seek veterinary or emergency assistance at the owner’s expense.

For house sitting services:

  • Customers authorize reasonable property access during scheduled service periods

  • We are not responsible for failures caused by existing home systems, utilities, alarms, plumbing, appliances, or weather events

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations when possible.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in:

  • Cancellation fees

  • Service minimum charges

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Amps Professional Services LLC. Customers must report service concerns within 48 hours of completion.

10. Property Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the property during scheduled appointments.

If access is unavailable upon arrival, a service fee may apply.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amps Professional Services LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of income or business

  • Pre-existing property damage

  • Weather-related damages

  • Natural wear and tear

  • Hidden defects

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amps Professional Services LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Unsafe property conditions

  • Undisclosed hazards

  • Customer negligence

  • Pet behavior

  • Violations of these Terms

13. Independent Contractor Status

Amps Professional Services LLC operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, or partner of the customer.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Georgia.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting or distribution.
